AMI (Air Mauritius Institute)'s mission is to provide Aeronautical Training in Mauritius and in the SADC region (Southern African Development Community).
Today, AMI wishes to widen its training offer to students in Aeronautical Maintenance.

Training will begin in January 2024.
The courses offered to the first intake of students will be those that correspond to the strongest industrial demand, namely:
EASA Category B1.1 license - AEROPLANE TURBINE.
The course lasts about two years.

Students with a B1.1 license may be admitted to pursue graduate studies to obtain a BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING or a MASTER specialized in Aeronautics.
Cooperation agreements will be negotiated with the EVERING Institute of the University of Bordeaux.
A university branch could be created within the AIR MAURITIUS INTITUTE.
